No Time No Problem 

We all have days (or weeks) when it seems like we have absolutely no time to spare. Every second is devoted to something and by the end of the day we still have 50 things left. It happens to the best of us. 

On these days its easy to forget vital things, like eating. 

Don’t you worry, as always, we’ve got you covered. 

  • Fruit! 

Quick and easy, grab an apple and run off to your next activity. Or keep a case of blueberries on your desk. 

  • Nuts!

Almonds, Cashews, and all other nuts provide great nutrients and are plenty healthy. A handful of heart healthy nuts will keep you satisfied and ready to keep working. 

  • Smoothies  

A real lifesaver if you ask me, I typically make a spinach smoothie with almond milk, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Done in under two minutes with energy to last you.

  • Toast

Breakfast when you woke up late? Throw some bread into your toaster and grab some cream cheese. A great pair and you’ll get out right on time. 

On your off days when all your responsibilities seem to pile high, remember this list and eat!
